Fun activities are offered on a regular basis for the children who are waiting to be matched with a volunteer as well as our children who are already matched in the Community and Faith-Based Programs. The Purdue Student Association of Big Brothers Big Sisters, local businesses and community organizations plan and facilitate several activities each year.

Purdue Student Association of Big Brothers Big Sisters sponsors numerous activities each year. During the 2005-2006 school year, the activities included: a spooky Halloween Party; rooting for Purdue at a basketball game; touring the Children’s Museum and Imagination Station; and visiting the Indianapolis Zoo.

Whether it is a Holiday party or a summer picnic, activities make waiting for the right “match” a little easier. Group activities that include our “matches” offer another opportunity for them to have fun and make new friends! Without the support of many generous organizations, our children would not be able to enjoy many experiences.
