2010 Bowl For Kids' Sake
Community Bowl - February 27 & 28 - Star Lanes - Lafayette, Indiana
Purdue Bowl - March 6 - Union Rack & Roll - West Lafayette, Indiana

What is Bowl For Kids' Sake?
Bowl for Kids' Sake is about having FUN to help kids. This signature fundraiser with a 2010 goal of $60,000 provides 20 percent of Big Brothers Big Sisters operating revenue. Bowl for Kids' Sake is a local fundraiser so 100 percent of the money raised by our bowlers stays in the Greater Lafayette community and directly benefits local children.
How does Bowl For Kids' Sake Work?
Team captains gather friends, family members and co-workers to form a 5 member bowling team willing to volunteer their time for Bowl for Kids' Sake. Each volunteer is provided with the necessary instructions, handouts and collection envelopes to accept donations for Big Brothers Big Sisters. The team selects a Bowl for Kids' Sake time slot on February 27 or 28 for the Community Bowl or March 6 for the Purdue Bowl, and turns in their donations at that time. To thank them for their efforts, Big Brothers Big Sisters hosts a bowling celebration complete with prizes!
What types of prizes?
ALL bowlers will receive a Bowl for Kids' Sake T-shirt. There are also incentive prizes for individual bowlers who are top fundraisers.

Big Cash Raffle
Special thanks to the many supporters over the years of our raffle fundraiser (House Raffle and/or Big Cash Raffle). This raffle provided funding to BBBS for 16 years and allowed thousands of children to benefit from the friendship of a Big Brother or Big Sister. The time has come to retire the raffle as a signature event for this agency. Please consider reallocating your financial support to Bowl for Kids' Sake, our Gala Dinner Auction or the Annual Fund Drive. Everyone wins when children succeed! Thank you!
